Dear Crowne Hill Membership, We would like to inform you that the association is set to initiate the third phase of our tree trimming project, commencing on December 11th. As you may know, phase one was completed in 2021 and phase two in 2022. A map of the current phase three is attached. The primary objective of this project is to enhance the safety and aesthetics of our community by addressing any potential hazards posed by overgrown trees. Our landscaper, Total LandCare will be working diligently to complete this phase promptly. During this period, we ask for your cooperation and understanding. Please be cautious and exercise vigilance as you navigate through the community. Large trucks and equipment will be in operation during the project, so it is essential for everyone to be aware of their surroundings. To ensure the safety of all residents and workers, we request that you adhere to the following guidelines: Exercise Caution: Be mindful of your surroundings and take extra care while walking or driving in the vicinity of the tree trimming operations. Follow Signage: Observe any posted signs or barricades indicating restricted areas. These are in place to protect you and the workers. Keep a Safe Distance: Maintain a safe distance from the work zones and any machinery in operation. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work towards creating a safer and more visually appealing environment for our community. Your cooperation is crucial to the success of this project, and we believe that together, we can make this process as smooth and efficient as possible. Please feel free to reach out to management at [email protected] with any questions you may have. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and we look forward to the continued improvement of our community.
